ENHANCE YOUR ANNUITY VALUE BY UP TO

35

%

WE PROVIDE OPTIONS THAT CAN HELP YOU FROM THE DISASTERS OF YOUR VARIABLE ANNUITY!

Why do we consider some variable annuities "DISASTERS?" I only need to give you the
Annuities are used for a few main purposes, Guaranteed Income and Growth, and even some would say "safety".
Below are the 2 main disasters that owners of variable annuities don't know, or understand about the finely printed details of their variable annuity;
1.
2.
ANNUITIZATION - DISASTER #1

Most owners of variable annuities have purchased these contracts from their series 6 or 7 licensed Financial Professionals as an option to accumulate assets and take "future income".  My issue with the comment above is the client hears the words "lifetime income" and thinks it sounds attractive, and it is, except... almost 95% of variable annuities require the owner to "annuitize" the contract in order to receive that lifetime income.
What does annuitize mean? It means, Company A will provide you income on your assets for your lifetime, and even the lifetime of your spouse if married, but in order for that to be executed, an annuitization means that you agree to forgo the cash value of your annuity in order to receive lifetime income. Your cash value literally goes to $0, nada, nothing... it is literally a trade-off and you lose control of your assets.

FEES AND CHARGES - DISASTER #2

Variable annuities have always been know for the high fees and charges associated with owning them. Fees generally run between 1.50%-5%+. Below is a sample of the fees from the last variable annuity I audited from Equitable, the Accumulator Elite:
Variable Annuity Balance $723,754
1.10% -
0.30% -
0.25% -
1.60% -
.92% -

TOTAL

That's
Mortality & Expense Fees
Administration Fees
Distribution Charges
Rider Fees
Average Sub-Account Fees

FEES 4.17%

$30,181 annually!!

TOP 2 REASONS:
If the above annuity that I audited earned 6% over the next 10 years, the client would pay a total of $335,826 over that time period. The amount of fees is directly related to the success of your financial plan.

HOW CAN WE HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THE FEES YOU ARE PAYING AND HOW YOUR BENEFITS WORK?

We start helping by auditing your variable annuity through the insurance company directly. After we have the data and your most recent annuity statement, Rise Financial Group feeds this data to Morningstar. Most people are familiar with Morningstar as they provide "star ratings" on stocks and mutual funds.
